Guided Video Tours

Submit your application and evidence package to Health Canada with confidence with a professionally produced guided video tour.

You’ve worked hard to build out your new facility or expansion, and now it’s time to submit your application and evidence package to Health Canada. One of the most critically important pieces of your evidence package is the guided video tour.
Also referred to as an attestation video, the guided video tour is the key to the success of your application, so you want to make sure you get it right, first time.

Our team of highly skilled cannabis-specific videographers has successfully delivered 40+ guided video tours for LPs across Canada for a diverse range of facilities. Whether you have a 5,000 sq ft purpose-built indoor grow site, or a 200,000+ sq ft greenhouse, our team has the expertise and the experience to deliver.

By the time your site construction is complete, you’ll likely have spent years of planning and hard work getting to that point, so we understand that you won’t want to waste any time in preparing and submitting your application – you just want to move on to the next phase of your journey.

We recognize and respect the sense of urgency that comes with this type of video production and we are prepared to deliver accordingly. Developed over years of experience, our process for producing these types of project is responsive and efficient.

We commit to making ourselves available on short notice and offer accelerated turnaround times – even 48–72 hours in urgent situations.

What You Need to Know about Guided Video Tours as visual evidence for Health Canada

The guided video tour (as part of your visual evidence / evidence package) is intended to demonstrate readiness to Health Canada by clearly showing that your facility is fully built out and meets all GPP and security requirements.

This is most effectively done by filming a person walking through your site (including both indoor and outdoor areas), highlighting all security features of the site perimeter, operations areas (including all grow areas) and storage areas. You also need to show clearly that all devices correspond to their location as indicated on the site plan (including all floor plans).

Depending on the cannabis license class for which you are applying, these videos may also include a segment that clearly demonstrates the intended production process flow throughout the facility.

Additional details about guided video tours and applications can be found in the CANNABIS LICENSING APPLICATION GUIDE:
